Meet Polly
TCTSY-F, RYT 500, UCLA MARC-Trained Mindfulness Facilitator, CMT-P, IMTA (she/her)
Polly has been a student of global contemplative traditions for over 30 years and has been facilitating individual and group yoga and meditation sessions since 2019. She believes in the profound power of yoga and meditation to help support self-discovery and trauma recovery, and she is deeply passionate about exploring the amazing transformation that can happen through taking a contemplative and embodied approach to healing both individual and collective trauma.
Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) is an evidence-based movement practice used as an adjunctive to psychotherapy for treatment of complex trauma.
